Jazz Jennings revealed she has lost nearly a 100 pounds, as she showed off her slimmed down figure and progress in a new Instagram video.

The 23-year-old reality TV star took to social media on Tuesday with a clip to celebrate her weight loss, sharing a look at her figure now as compared to two years ago.
