Police fatally shoot man hiding in bathtub in Brooklyn apartment

A 38-year-old man was fatally shot by police officers in Brooklyn on Friday evening as they attempted to serve a bench warrant, officials said. The man, who was wanted in three murders in New York, was found hiding in a bathtub in an apartment in the Flatbush neighborhood.
