Plans to use home as hair salon thrown out a week after being submitted

The proposals surrounded a home on Chorley Old Road in Smithhills.

The applicant, based in Bradford, wanted a certificate of lawfulness to allow the mid-terraced dwelling to be use as a hairdressers.
