Mielle Organics, the textured hair care brand founded in 2014 by husband and wife team Monique and Melvin Rodriguez, has been acquired by P&G Beauty, a division of the consumer packaged goods conglomerate, for an undisclosed sum.
The brand will continue to be led by the Rodriguezes, and will operate as an independent subsidiary of P&G Beauty, the companies said in a press release.
