Offensive personnel analysis: Rams and Bengals go to 11

We’re now entering our 10th season of the 11 personnel era. In 2013, 11 personnel surpassed 50% of all offensive snaps for the first time, continuing a pattern that had begun since we first started collecting personnel data.
