Nicholas Paul staying with Lightning on seven-year, $22.05 million contract

It appears that forward Nicholas Paul was just fine with extending his stay in Florida. 

Per the

official website, Paul has put pen to paper on a seven-year, $22.05 million contract to remain with the Tampa Bay Lightning. The deal carries an average annual value of $3.15 million. 

Paul, who could’ve become an unrestricted free agent on July 13, originally joined the Lightning on March 20 via a trade from the Ottawa Senators. In…
