DURING the Jubilee celebrations – and beyond – the NCP car parks on Topp Way and Deane Road in Bolton are now offering discounted parking.
Topp Way is offering the discounted rate for anyone who parks before 9.30am and exits the same day. This is weekday and weekend and £2.45 if using the app and £3 otherwise.
