Maxine Rizik Tanous, a Washington, D.C. specialty store doyenne who helped to dress first ladies, cabinet secretaries, Supreme Court justices and diplomats, died Dec. 13 at her home in Bethesda, Md.
Tanous, 95, died of natural causes surrounded by her family, according to her son-in-law Paul Jacobson. Services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Bethesda, and Tanous will be interred beside her late…
