The Supreme Court on Friday said it would hear the CBI’s plea against the Kerala High Court order on July 27. The order from Kerala High Court had lifted the 60-day time limit on the anticipatory bail granted to former DGP Siby Mathews in a case relating to the alleged framing of scientist Nambi Narayanan in the 1994 ISRO espionage case.
