Homeowner to make third attempt to change windows at property

has refused plans to make changes to the home on Chorley Old Road.

The owner sought permission to cover up the existing dormer with tiles which would match the existing ones at the property.

As well as this they wanted to install new windows at the gable rear of the house.

But planning officers have twice rejected these plans saying they would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the area.
