Fulham midfielder Joao Palhinha has joined Bayern Munich in a deal worth up to £47.4m.
Bayern saw a bid earlier this summer rejected but have remained interested in the 29-year-old, who joins for an initial £43.4m with £4m in add-ons.
Palhinha had four years left on his Fulham contract, which had no release clause, plus the option of a further year.
