A celebration of life is being planned for Doris Yaffe, a former Saks Fifth Avenue executive who wove activism into her work decades before it was fashionable to do so.
Yaffe, 94, died of natural causes in her Lewis Wharf apartment in Boston on Dec. 7, according to Jacob Abrams, Yaffe’s great nephew.
