Fines of more than £13,000 have been dished out to residents taken to court for fly-tipping offences — and Town Hall chiefs have warned that they will continue to crackdown on those dumping waste illegally.
In the last six months, 24 residents have been taken to court for waste offences and fines and costs totalling more than £13,000 have been issued to offenders.
