The issue of fly-tipping in Bolton was raised at the recent meeting of Bolton full council by Cllr Sue Haworth as it emerged the council will be trialling a scheme to employ car parking style litter wardens to catch litterbugs.
She said there was an “atrocious amounts of littering, car little louts and fly tipping.”
