‘Best police force in country’ – GMP recognised as most improved force

GMP’s effectiveness, efficiency, and legitimacy was reviewed by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) earlier this year in a report published today, Friday.

The report states that the force has “continued to improve the policing service it provides to the communities of Greater Manchester”.
