Appeal launched against rejection of home extension

Plans were put forward in August last year to add to the ground and first floor of a home on Milverton Close, Lostock.

The plans were to add one bedroom to the first floor with the extension of a second bedroom above where there is currently a garage.

However the proposals were rejected by the planning department earlier this month.

Officers deemed the plans unacceptable for a range of reasons.
