Appeal launched against rejection of HMO which was refused due to lack of information

The proposal, which had previously been rejected, was launched in October in respect of a property on Rawson Road, Halliwell.

The plans would have involved a two-storey extension to the rear of the property, a roof extension and rear dormer extension.
