Billions in foreign aid never leaves Britain under Sunak rules – analysis

Britain is spending more of its international development budget at home than in poor developing countries, development experts have said.

A large proportion is being spent on housing refugees, mainly from Ukraine, according to the Centre for Global Development (CGD).
