Cost of living impacting hosts looking after Ukrainian refugees

Nearly a third of current or previous sponsors for the ‘Homes for Ukraine’ programme say the cost-of-living crisis is affecting their ability to provide support.

There are calls being made to the Government to further support those people who have volunteered to house people fleeing the Russian invasion of Ukraine in the face of the cost-of-living crisis and the ever-increasing price of energy bills.
