Travellers return to first site they set up camp after eviction notice served

Around a half-a-dozen caravans are currently parked up on Dome Park, after leaving Little Lever yesterday at teatime.

They had been parked up on Suffolk Close Park.

Bolton Council and Greater Manchester Police applied for a closure order of the site in Moses Gate earlier this year.

And last month people were ordered to leave the site where some of them had lived their whole lives.
