Opposition to plans to open food outlet into the early hours

Frankies Chicken and Pizza in Farnworth has applied to open until 2am from Sunday through to Thursday and until 4am on Friday and Saturday.

The business was given planning permission to be a restaurant and café in 2020.

But the planning control team at Bolton has said it is against the plans, as it has received a complaint suggesting it is operating as a takeaway rather than a restaurant.
