Stock market updates on Tuesday 09, 2023: Equity benchmark indices were displaying a firm trend in intra-day deals on Tuesday supported by strong gains in IT shares.

The S&P BSE Sensex was up over 550 points at 71,900 levels, and the NSE Nifty 50 was seen holding the 21,650 levels.
