Appeal launched against rejection of plans for electric cable and garden room

The owner of a home on Harts Houses Row sought permission to make changes to their property.

However officers at the local authority ruled this was an inappropriate development within the green belt and that it would change the character and appearance of the area.

The move was rejected by the council last month.
