The new Star Wars TV show “Obi-Wan Kenobi” pits the reclusive Jedi-in-hiding against the Inquisitors, a deadly group of Imperial investigators. Unlike your standard-issue stormtroopers or other Imperial baddies, these villains are a serious threat.
